Although the second four-day match between Bangladesh 'A' and Pakistan Shaheens in Islamabad was scheduled to begin on August 20th, the first two days were washed out due to rain. On the third day, the toss finally took place, and play began.
Pakistan Shaheens' captain Kamran Ghulam won the toss and elected to field, sending Bangladesh 'A' in to bat.

The duo added 131 runs for the fifth wicket, forming the backbone of Bangladesh 'A's strong total. Additionally, Mahidul Islam Ankon contributed 39 runs.
For Pakistan Shaheens, Ghulam Mudassar and Mehran Mumtaz each took 2 wickets.
