Mustafizur will be CSK's impact player vs Gujarat

At the moment, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) holds the second position among the 10 teams in the IPL. CSK secured a victory against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in their first match, where Bangladesh's Mustafizur Rahman shone with the ball.

Chennai secured an easy win vs RCB with 6 wickets & 8 balls keeping in hands. Mustafizur's exceptional performance led CSK to victory. He took 4 wickets in his 4 overs. He was awarded with player of the match award. 

On March 26th, Chennai will face Gujarat Titans. The question arises whether Mustafizur will find a spot in the playing eleven in that match, with Sri Lankan Mathisha Pathirana joining the CSK camp.

However, considering Mustafizur's performance in the previous match and CSK's match strategy, Mustafizur is likely to retain his place. Moreover, Chennai may not rush Pathirana back into the match scenario due to injury.

Nevertheless, Mustafizur Rahman may feature as an impact player against Gujarat Titans. If Chennai bats first, Mustafizur might come in to bowl during their bowling innings. Conversely, if Chennai bowls first, Mustafizur might be retained in the playing eleven from the beginning, while Shivam Dube may take his spot in batting.
